Get your Twitch stream key
Open Stream settings in the Twitch Creator Dashboard and copy the primary key. Treat it like a password: never show it in a recording or message.
Choose a Twitch quality profile
Auto favors 1080p60 when the source and hardware can support it. Drop to 720p60 when upload bandwidth or the encoder needs more headroom. 1440p60 remains a manual choice.
Check the stream before sharing
Start with a short test. Watch duration, resolution, fps, bitrate, dropped frames and synchronization between video, system sound and microphone.
Understand reconnection
If the network drops, Frame Record enters Reconnecting and still allows STOP LIVE. An unstable connection can nevertheless create a visible interruption on Twitch.
